Performance characteristics of polyurethane materials

In Europe, America and other developed countries, about 49% are polyurethane materials. In China, the proportion is less than 10%.

1. The adhesive force is very strong, which can be firmly bonded on the surface of concrete, wood, steel, asphalt, rubber, etc.

2. Good thermal insulation, thermal conductivity can reach 0.017 － 0.022W/(m · K), and the thickness per centimeter is equivalent to the thermal insulation effect of 40cm thick red brick.

3. The waterproof performance is good, and the hole closure rate is more than 90%, and the self skinning hole closure rate is 100%.

4. It is integrally sealed, has no cavity, and is seamlessly bonded to adapt to base surfaces of various shapes.

5. The dimensional stability is less than 1%, with certain toughness, and the elongation is greater than 5%, without cracking.

6. Density ≥ 35kg/m ³， The compressive strength is greater than 400kPa. It has a strong resistance to wind exposure, and will not fall off when bearing the weight of 30kg/㎡ of external surface.
