We all know drum rubber fender , which is composed of rubber fender body, steel impact plate and veneer (steel structure); The drum rubber fenders produced by our company have the following characteristics:

 Cell rubber fender consists of rubber fender body , steel frame and frontal pads; Cell rubber fender has following advantages:

1. The shape design is more reasonable, it has higher stress dispersion, the compression deformation can reach 55%, and the service life is long;

Reasonable shape-design and higher strees dispersion , the compression deflection can reach

up to 55%, and in long life servies;

2. Under the condition of unit reaction force, the energy absorption of fender must be higher;

3. When our ship is inclined to berth, the change of inclined berthing performance is relatively small;

Little performance decreasing deflction just as the fender is compressed when vessel is

angle berthing;

4. The top area of the fender is large, and the anti scour plate is installed to greatly reduce the surface pressure acting on the ship's side plate, that is, to reduce the surface pressure;

Steel frame can be installed on the top of the fender owing to its large area , which can

reducing the surface pressure when vessel berths;

5. Plastic veneer is installed on the steel structure (impact plate), which has small friction coefficient and reduces the berthing shear force;

Low coefficient of friction as UHMW-PE boad is installed on the steel structure(steel frame)

reduces  shear stress when vessel is berthing ;

6. This series of drum rubber fenders can effectively dock large ships of 50000~300000 DWT.

Cell rubber fender series suitable for gigantic shippings of 50000～300000DWT to be berthing.
